    The single most useful thing I've learned from the old Tradewinds forums is that you can buy for and sell from your Warehouse directly, without transferring through the Ship. When you select the Marketplace, you just click the Warehouse box on the display, and then everything applies to it instead. Yes, that may have seemed obvious to you. It doesn't to everyone.

    Certainly not I, who buy a Neverstorm Pendant the moment I can afford it (no matter what character I'm playing) and depend on earning money from frequent flotsam! And I don't understand at all the claim somebody made on the old board that if you have enough ships, the repairs cost more than you make from fighting. Not, I think, if you do it right! (Admittedly, I'm not amortizing all the gewgaws that help one fight.)

    I have encountered both before. As to ratio of bankers to moneylenders, I am unable to say for sure.
